Smoke extraction fan
PiroJet fume extractors are designed for the efficient removal of gases and fumes resulting from combustion and smouldering. They are not affected by soot, ash, grease and dirt particles contained in the gas mixture.
A powerful, directed
jet
jet
PiroJet flue gas extractors are fitted to the top of a flue pipe, air duct or other gas conduit. They generate incredible draught. When switched off, they do not interfere with the natural draught in the pipe.
Heat, rain or frost are no match for us
PiroJet smoke extractors can withstand incredibly harsh operating conditions. Bad weather, heat and wind have no effect on their performance.
Barbecues, stoves and boilers are useless without a flue fan
PiroJet smoke extractors significantly improve the performance of domestic and industrial stoves, boilers and barbecues. The units can withstand temperature fluctuations of up to 300°C for several hours.
Kitchens, residential and industrial premises
PiroJet smoke extractors can be used as standard fans for any other purpose.
Barbecues, tandoors, heat-resistant structures
PiroJet smoke extractors operate in environments where standard fans cannot cope and feature an attractive, stylish design.

DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS
PiroJet is a roof-mounted smoke extractor designed for the consistent removal of smoke and gases from fireplaces, boilers, stoves, barbecues and industrial heat generators. It is fitted to the top of the flue in place of a standard flue cap and does not interfere with natural draught when switched off.
When you need guaranteed draught whatever the weather and whatever the height of the chimney.
When resistance to high temperatures and contaminants (soot, resinous particles) is important.
When you want a neat, modern look on the roof without bulky ‘umbrellas’.

The product range is designed to fit three standard flue sizes: Ø200, Ø250 and Ø300 mm (connection pipes ~197/247/297 mm respectively). This allows you to choose a solution without adaptors or with minimal modification.
The casing is made of galvanised steel with an acid-resistant polymer coating that protects against corrosion and the elements. The impeller, pipe and decorative elements are made of stainless steel for durability and heat resistance.
The smoke extractor is designed to operate at high flue gas temperatures — up to 300 °C. Its flow rate is up to 3,880 m³/h at a head of up to 720 Pa, ensuring reliable smoke extraction even in complex ductwork.
The standard power supply is 220 V; 380 V is available on request. The motors are rated for 1,500/3,000 rpm. The unit is designed to be compatible with speed controllers for fine-tuning the draught to suit specific heating or extraction requirements.
It is not possible to connect to generators during a general power cut! Frequency converters (inverters) will fail.
The PiroJet is installed vertically at the end of the flue or air duct. Its aerodynamic design creates a powerful axial suction, whilst when switched off, the unit does not obstruct natural draught — the system remains safe and predictable. Thanks to its heat-resistant materials, the unit is resistant to soot and dust build-up and requires minimal maintenance.
